This Custom Subdomain Usage Policy ('Policy') is part of our Terms of Service ('Legal Terms') and should therefore be read alongside our main Legal Terms: https://asistan.ae/terms-of-service. If you do not agree with these Legal Terms, please refrain from using our Services. Your continued use of our Services implies acceptance of these Legal Terms.

WHO WE ARE

We are Diojen Tech FZ-LLC, doing business as Asistan ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates at VUPR0809 Compass Building - Al Hulaila, AL Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, Ras Al Khaimah. We operate the website https://asistan.ae (the 'Site'), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to this Policy (collectively, the 'Services').

USE OF CUSTOM SUBDOMAINS

When using Asistan's Services, you warrant that your selected subdomain complies with this Policy and all applicable laws.

You acknowledge that you may not:

• Select a subdomain that misrepresents your business, impersonates another entity, or violates third-party trademarks.
• Use any subdomain that includes names related to government entities, payment services, well-known brands, or misleading terminology, such as but not limited to:
  • Government-related names: gov, police, immigration, ministry, tax, embassy, uae, dubai
  • Financial & payment services: stripe, bank, payment, paypal, crypto, visa, mastercard, loan
  • Trademarked brands: google, amazon, facebook, microsoft, tesla, apple
  • Fraudulent & malicious terms: scam, fraud, phishing, hacker, spam, darkweb
  • Misleading Asistan-related names: admin, support, official, dashboard, signup, verify
• Request a subdomain change that does not align with your registered business name on Stripe.
• Transfer or sell the subdomain assigned to you without written permission from Asistan.
• Engage in activities that deceive users or misrepresent your agency by modifying your subdomain in bad faith.

SUBDOMAIN CHANGE REQUESTS

• The subdomain you choose at registration is permanent unless an official request is made.
• Subdomain change requests must match your registered business name on Stripe.
• If your request does not comply with this requirement, we reserve the right to deny your request.
• Any approved subdomain changes will be subject to verification and internal review by Asistan.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their chosen subdomain does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Asistan is not liable for any disputes, legal claims, or damages arising from subdomain selection or use.
• If any disputes or claims arise due to a user's chosen subdomain, the user bears full legal responsibility.
• Asistan reserves the right to suspend or delete subdomains that violate this policy at any time.
